The Provider Outreach Program is the heart of GCCN. We have providers that elect to serve our clients either in our clinic directly or in their own office/clinic. As partners with GCCN, providers volunteer time to see the most vulnerable in our community and help provide access to quality care. Visits for our clients are based on a sliding fee scale or a predetermined fee set by the provider in
advance.
By serving uninsured adults living in poverty, providers like you are empowering the community to partake in their health and advance health equity.
