Dental Access Program

GCCN’s Guilford Dental Access Program (GDAP) is available to active orange
card members that receive a referral from their primary care provider (PCP). Once a referral is placed by your PCP, our dental staff will reach out to you to schedule an appointment. Services are limited to comprehensive exams, extractions, fillings, pain management, and some minor restorative care. All services are provided at a flat $40 cash copay due at each appointment.
