The Angela “Angie” Ellison Adult Dental Volunteer Program
On May 27, 2011, the name of the adult dental volunteer program was changed to the Angela “Angie” Ellison Adult Dental Volunteer Program to honor the long standing commitment for one of the community’s beacons of light and champions for the uninsured’s access to dental care. Guilford Adult Health, Inc. Volunteer Adult Dental Program operates three evenings a week: Tuesday and Thursday (Greensboro) and Wednesday (High Point). Over 60 local dentists have volunteered their services to provide dental care to our uninsured Guilford County residents since the program began. Patients arrive at 4:30pm for all evening clinics.
